Steve is a great realtor, he answer all of our questions, solved all the problems, we are very lucky to choose him as the agent. He also helped us negotiate the price of the house. Usually, the buyer's agent and buyers are conflict of interest, they will ask you to pay high for the house because it is easier to complete the transaction and they can get more commission, this kind of things didn't happen in steve. we ended up paying around 25k below the market price. We are very happy.
